Save Idyllwild Announcement #1
Thank you for participating in the Save Idyllwild Project. We have our first update for the high occupant density housing development planned for the Pine Crest Avenue neighborhood. There will be a public meeting on February 2, 2022 at 9 AM to discuss the removal of any obstacles to the building of a forty-two unit complex on or near Pine Crest Avenue. The meeting is open and free to the public and you can participate online by registering in advance. We have provided two links that provide more information and how to register. You can also send correspondence to the county planner on this project, His email is bdawson@rivco.org. Every unit that will be constructed will require about three to four times the space of the unit for parking. This means more pavement, concrete, curbs, tree removals, electric poles, fences, etc, is in the planning stages for Idyllwild. PLEASE help us to stop the total urbanization of our special forest.
